And boy are my arms tired now. I was going to take a little time off and reflect on what I learned Wednesday about doing 10 minutes of snatch. If only my personal trainer and my competiton class would co-ordinate with each other, I would be able to do that. Oh well! I am really beginning to feel like I just flew somewhere using arm power. Hopefully, that feeling will eventually go away.
